We call your loved one with our automated phone system one or more times per day. If they don't answer or if they need help, we reach out to their emergency contacts.
Emergency Contact Tree
If your loved one is not answering or needs help, we reach out to the emergency contacts until we find someone who can check on your loved one ASAP. Your loved one can also call us to activate the emergency contact tree for help.
Welfare Checks
We can also contact local law enforcement if your loved one needs help and no one is available from the emergency contact tree.
